Students are more likely to follow the guidelines of a school/classroom if they feel comfortable and included. These signs can help create a safe, inclusive classroom environment while building self-esteem.

Sometimes the best thing to do is to verbalize it. Using positive affirmations mirror signs has been proven to make students feel safe, supported, and empowered.

If you are going to do an affirmation station, you can certainly do it without these signs, but they make it so much easier! I have gotten so many questions about affirmations and how to use them in the classroom – just let me know if there is something specific you want to know!
